It is suitable for all age groups and skill levels, emphasizing personalized growth and skill refinement.

With over 14 years of experience, CT has revolutionized basketball training by integrating sports science and functional movement principles with foundational drills. The training series leverages advanced techniques such as 3D motion capture animation combined with video instructions, offering an innovative and detailed instructional experience aimed at basketball athletes striving for excellence.

CT’s credentials include recognition as a Nike Elite Basketball Trainer and a Fellow at the Gray Institute for Functional Transformation. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, he has traveled extensively to mentor athletes around the world. His consulting and training engagements span prominent organizations including John Lucas Camps, Boo Williams Basketball Combines, Nike Skills Academies, Nike Global Challenge, and the Euro League team Efes Anadolu, among others. Additionally, he has worked with NBA stars like LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Kobe Bryant, and participated in numerous high-profile camps such as the Jordan Brand Classic.

Beyond individual training, CT functions as a basketball Expert Consultant for platforms such as Sports Trainer Index, MOTI Sports, and Athlete Packs. He also co-directs NBA Pre-Draft Training in partnership with American Health Network / St. Francis Hospital and offers global consulting through his “World Domination” training program.

His training philosophy combines functional fitness exercises with fundamental skill development to enhance athletic performance. CT emphasizes the importance of attitude, work ethic, self-discipline, and determination as critical factors in a player’s success. The CT15 program marks his entry into 2015’s series aimed at creating difference-maker workouts that push athletes beyond their limits.
